It’s October and that means that one of my favorite holiday’s is just around the corner! Halloween has always been a favorite of mine and one of my favorite things to do is to watch all of the Halloween movies and TV specials. Although it’s one of our must-dos one Halloween evening, this is a month-long celebration for us. Especially as there are way too many Halloween movies for you not to start early!

- Scream: Scream is one of the classic scary movie series. This is all about a group of highschool friends that are being stalked by a murderer.
- Halloween Series: Halloween is all about a man that killed his sister when he was just 6 years old. He was in a mental institute for many years and now he has escaped and is out to murder.
- Friday the 13th: Jason died at Camp Crystal Lake years ago and when a group of kids discover the abandoned camp, they also run into Jason who is out to kill.
- Nightmare on Elm Street: Freddy is back for revenge on the parents that killed him and he comes to haunt and kill them in the dreams of those who hurt him.
- Carrie: Carrie is a girl who is bullied in high school. Little do those bullies know, she has telekinetic powers and uses them to get her revenge on her fellow classmates.
- Trick r Treat: This movie is a big compilation of various stories that all occur on Halloween night in the same neighborhood.
- Disturbia: Kale suspects that his next door neighborhood is a vicious serial killer and he sets out to prove it and unveil the truth.
- Amitivyville Horror: Find out what happens when this newlywed couple moves into a house that is haunted due to a mass murdering that happened years before.
- Poltergeist: A family movies into a house that is haunted by ghosts. The spirits abduct their youngest daughter and the family tries to get her back.
- Paranormal Activity: Another movie that is all about a newlywed couple that movies into a house that is possessed by spirits.
- The Evil Dead: A group of five friends go out to stay in a cabin in the woods where there are demons.
- The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: A group of friends are being stalked by a Chainsaw Killer, as well as his family who are also killers.
- Dead Silence: When a man returns to his hometown, he discovers that his wife was killed by the ghost of a dead ventriloquist.
- Drag Me to Hell: When Christine evicts an old woman from her home, the woman puts a curse on her.
- The Ring: A string of murders occur when a video gets passed around that promises that you will die seven days after watching the film.
- Freddy VS Jason: This film is all about the return of Freddy and Jason, instead of them just trying to kill people, they’re out to kill each other as well!
- Bride of Chucky: Chucky is a possessed doll that finds his match made in heaven in this movie, watch them as they set out to kill as a married couple.
- The Bride of Frankenstein: In this movie, the Monster Frankenstein builds his perfect soul mate.
- Edward Scissorhands: When the creator of Edward Scissorhands dies before he is able to finish his creation, Edward is left with Scissors as his hands. Edwards goes to a new community after has lived alone for a very long time.
- Final Destination: A teen sees a vision of death and saves all of his friends but then death is set out to kill them one at a time.
- The Shining: When a family ventures out to a hotel that is abandoned, they then realize that it is haunted by spiritual forces.
- Buffy the Vampire Slayer: Buffy is a teenage girl that realizes that she is meant to slay evil vampires.
- The Conjuring: A family is being haunted and terrorized by a dark force and they seek the help of a couple that are paranormal experts.
- The Exorcist: A teenage girl becomes possessed by an evil demon and her mother will do anything to try and save her daughter, so she tries to get priests to remove the evil force.
- When a Stranger Calls: A teenage girl is simply babysitting and then she receives a frightening phone call of a killer that is after her.
- The Crazies: A town’s water supply becomes contaminated by a toxin that makes all of the resident become possessed and everyone becomes “crazies.”
- The Hills Have Eyes: A family becomes frightened when a group of psychotic people are stalking them that live in the middle of no where.
- The Sixth Sense: A young boy is able to communicate with dead people and he is the only one that can see them and communicate with them.
- Saw: Jigsaw is a mastermind that captures his victims and puts them through a series of challenges that if they complete, they will live. If they cannot complete any of the various challenges, they will be killed.
- Psycho: This movie is about a woman that is tired of life, so she steals $40,000 and goes out on the run. She pulls off the highway to the Bates Motel which is ran by Norman Bates, a boy who is under the control of his mother.
- Army of Darkness: The ridiculously hilarious third chapter of the Evil Dead Trilogy where Ash needs to save the living from the evil dead, rescue his girlfriend, and get back to his own time.
