Coconut Milk and Peaches Oatmeal
Up until recently, I had never made oatmeal outside of the packets. I’m not sure why, but it just never crossed my mind to make anything other than the store bought packets with the rather boring flavors. I decided I wanted something a little different a few days ago and decided to recreate one of my favorite scents from our shop: coconut milk and peaches. I can’t speak for what our scent tastes like, but the smell is heavenly! And the taste of this oatmeal was equally as good, if not better.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 Cup Oats
  • 1/2 Cup Light Coconut Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 2 Tsp Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Peaches
  • 2 Tbsp Unsweetened Coconut
Instructions
  1. Combine the oats, water, and coconut milk. Cook for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes depending on your microwave.
  2. Sprinkle with brown sugar, peaches, and coconut.
  3. Mix together and enjoy!
