But I don’t always want pork chops or chicken with vegetables which seem to be our go-to grill meal. So we’ve started getting a little creative. One of my favorite things that we’ve tried recently?
Grilled Teriyaki Shrimp Stir Fry with Pineapple.
My mouth is watering for it now even though I literally just had it yesterday again. This recipe is so, so, SO good. I don’t want to ever eat stir fry any other way now. It quickly became one of my go-to easy grilled recipes and especially my favorite easy grilled shrimp recipe.
The smokiness from the grill paired with the sweetness from the pineapple and the rich, sweet yet savory flavor of the teriyaki sauce?
Let’s talk about this sauce for a moment. The sauce we used for this Grilled Teriyaki Shrimp Stir Fry recipe is the NEW P.F. Chang’s® Home Menu Teriyaki Sauce. We bought all three of their new sauces (Kung Pao, Teriyaki, and Sesame) at Walmart in the Asian food aisle and they are all ahhhhmazing.

Grilled Teriyaki Shrimp Stir Fry Recipe
- 1 Pound Shrimp
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Ginger
- 1 Large Onion Sliced in Strips
- 1 Cup Sweet Peppers Sliced in Strips
- 1 Cup Zucchini Sliced in Strips
- 1 Cup Yellow Squash Sliced in Strips
- 1 Cup Snap Peas
- 1 Cup Pineapple Chunks
- 1/3 Cup PF Chang's® Teriyaki Sauce
Combine shrimp, oil, salt, and ginger in a gallon size zip lock bag. Place in fridge to marinate at least 1 hour.
Preheat grill on medium high heat.
Place one piece of pineapple on a skewer. Place two shrimp on the skewer. Alternate between pineapple and shrimp until all shrimp is on skewers
Combine onions, peppers, zucchini, squash, and snap peas together in a grill safe pan. Place on grill. Stir every few minutes making sure nothing overcooks.
Place shrimp skewers on the grill. Grill 2- 3 minutes per side.
Combine shrimp, pineapple, and vegetables in a bowl. Stir in teriyaki sauce.
