2017 is just around the corner and it’s time for me to come up with my new year’s resolutions. I can already tell that they’ll be a lot different this year now that we have Lily here. Every year I strive to be better, but this year, I want to really focus on my resolutions. Not come up with them and forget about them by the time Spring rolls around.
I really want to change how I eat in the new year. The food choices I make, the meals we prepare and the way I think about food. 2017 is the year we’ll start Lily on solid and I want to have healthy habits well underway.
Two of the things I plan to do to alter my food habits are:
- Look for more sources of Non-GMO foods
- Seek out sustainable energy foods
