Fall is here! Even though the past week has been insanely hot, it didn't dampen my joy over the changing leaves and love for hearty fall foods.

I love filling the house with a comforting aroma and then cozying up on the couch with a warm bowl or plate of food. Now that is my idea of the perfect evening once the colder weather sets in!

Add in the cumin, oregano, chili powder, and cayenne. Mix thoroughly. Add in salt and pepper (if using.)
In the slow cooker, add in the rest of the ingredients: the green chiles, vegetable broth, and the beans.
Add in the turkey mixture and mix thoroughly.
Cook on high for 2-2 1/2 hours or until fully cooked.
Doesn't that just look like the perfect fall dish?!
The great thing about this slow cooker white bean turkey chili is that it's hearty, tasty and healthy which isn't always easy to come by in the colder months.
At least for us.
Eating healthy feels so much harder during winter, but this dish makes it a lot easier! Plus, it's so easy to put together and it's ready a lot quicker than most slow cooker meals with the turkey being pre-cooked.
I hope you love it as much as we do!
