Chicken and Apple Caesar Salad Wrap

Ingredients
  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 small Granny Smith apple cored and diced
  • 1/4 cup roasted red pepper strips
  • 1/2 cup baby arugula
  • 2 tbsp . or more, Caesar salad dressing
  • 1 large sandwich wrap of your choice
  • Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Add arugula and roasted red peppers to the center of the wrap.
  2. In a medium bowl, toss chicken with Caesar salad dressing and season with salt and pepper. Stir in diced apples.
  3. Spoon chicken mixture evenly onto the center of the wrap and sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan.
  4. Roll wrap up and cut in half. Serve with extra dressing, if desired.
