Ingredients
For the Salad
  • 14 oz Bag of Coleslaw Mix
  • 2 Packages Ramen Noodles any flavor
  • 1.5 Cups Snap Peas Chopped
  • 1 Cup Green Onions Chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Sliced Almonds
  • 1/2 Cup Sunflower Seed Kernels
For the Dressing
  • 1/2 Cup Canola Oil
  • 4 Tbsp White Vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp White Sugar
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Take the packages of ramen and crush them with a rolling pin or by hand.
  2. Combine all salad ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Whisk all of the dressing ingredients together.
  4. Pour the dressing over salad and mix well.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix again.
  6. Cover and store in the refrigerator 2 hours.
  7. Serve cold.
