Slow Cooker White Bean Turkey Chili Recipe
Ingredients
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Medium Onion Chopped
  • 3-4 Cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 Pounds Ground Turkey
  • 2 Tsp Cumin
  • 2 Tsp Oregano
  • 2 Tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • Salt and Pepper To Taste
  • 1 14oz Can Green Chiles
  • 32 oz Vegetable Broth
  • 1 Can S&W White Chili Beans
  • 1 Can S&W Cannellini Beans
Instructions
  1. Heat the oil in a medium pan over medium-high heat. 

  2. Saute the onions and garlic until fragrant, approximately 3-5 minutes.

  3. Add in the ground turkey and cook until it is no longer pink (approximately 5 minutes.) Drain any excess from pan.

  4. Add in the cumin, oregano, chili powder, and cayenne. Mix thoroughly. Add in salt and pepper (if using.)

  5. In the slow cooker, add in the rest of the ingredients: the green chiles, vegetable broth, and the beans.

  6. Add in the turkey mixture and mix thoroughly.

  7. Cook on high for 2-2 1/2 hours or until fully cooked.
